Your satisfaction is very important. If you have any questions or spot an issue with your product, please contact us at hello@littlelumi.co.uk, and we will do our best to assist you. We aim to respond promptly.
Please note that we are a small independent business that makes everything by hand in small batches. As a result, minor variations in colour and scent may occur between batches.
This returns policy applies only to purchases made on this website.
We will accept returns for unused products if they are returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. If not, they may not be eligible for a refund.
A receipt of purchase must be provided.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order and returned to us within 28 days of purchase.
How to Return an Item
1. Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and securely wrapped.
2. Send your return via a tracked postal service. We recommend obtaining a ‘certificate of postage’ from the Post Office, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 1-2 weeks.
